NEW group singing class in Auckland – adults

I have some exciting news for 2021! We are starting a new singing group class for adults in the Auckland – North Shore area. 

The classes will take place at Meadowood Community house at Unsworth Heights on Tuesdays at 7 pm.

This is a weekly class that is open to complete beginners as well as people with some experience.

In the group singing classes for adults in Auckland we will learn, apply and develop the following topics:

• Learn to sing in tune
• Basics of singing technique – Posture, breathing, tone
• Basics of musicality – Rhythm, melody
• Confidence exercises
• Using your emotions to sing

If you are thinking something like “but I’ve never sung before, I’m too embarrassed!”, don’t let that stop you. All my classes are friendly, non judgemental and supportive. We are all beginners when we start! Plus you will never be required to sing by yourself if you don’t want to.

This group singing class in Auckland is a great opportunity as an introduction to singing for those who never had lessons before, but also a good practice session for existing singing students who wish to have an extra guided practice during the week to sharpen their skills in a fun way.

Also great if you want to practice your singing but you never find the space to do it!
